By accessing or booking services through Aaru Cabs, you agree to comply with the following terms and operational guidelines.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings requested via website form, call, or WhatsApp are confirmed upon dispatch notification from our concierge desk. Driver contact and vehicle registration details are shared 1 to 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup time.

2. Pricing & Toll Inclusions

For One-Way and Round-Trip packages, prices quoted include base fuel fare, driver allowance, and standard vehicle charges. Toll taxes, state permit taxes, and parking fees are charged as per actual receipts unless explicitly marked as all-inclusive.

3. Passenger Conduct & Luggage Capacity

Passengers must adhere to legal seating capacities (Sedan: 4, Ertiga: 6, Innova: 7, Tempo Traveller: 12-17). Transporting illegal substances or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

Aaru Cabs ensures rigorous vehicle safety checks. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather anomalies, natural disasters, or unexpected highway blockades beyond our operational control.
